Both projects are under the PM-KUSUM Component C scheme, with Power Purchase Agreements executed with Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL) — the same scheme and off-taker under which the platform has already commissioned and operated plants across Gujarat.

A Kusum C portfolio in Madhya Pradesh.

48.5 MW of capacity awarded under the PM-KUSUM Component C scheme in Madhya Pradesh, with Power Purchase Agreements executed with MPPMCL. Land acquisition is underway and construction will follow. At commissioning of the contracted pipeline, installed capacity will roughly double.

The Kusum C thread. PM-KUSUM Component C is a central scheme implemented state-by-state through individual DISCOMs. Waa Solar already operates plants under the scheme in Gujarat on PGVCL PPAs; the Madhya Pradesh build with MPPMCL applies the same model in a second state.
